Our Story… Family owned in New Jersey
Owner Jason Cappetta is an award winning Chef and graduate of Johnson and Wales North Carolina. He is also a cross-fit level one trainer. Coming from an extensive background in foodservice he has carefully blended his passion for food with his love for health and fitness.
Seeing the rising status of paleo cuisine Jason decided to pursue a path that better fits his love for both worlds. By applying his knowledge of world cuisine and dedication to professional service he looks forward to setting a new standard of excellence for others to follow.
Victor Cappetta “Pops” is Managing Partner and oversees customer service and delivery logistics. Coming from a long spanning career in sales and foodservice he is a valuable asset to Dawn of Thyme. He holds a bachelors degree from the University of Oklahoma and is also an accomplished Jazz Musician with his own recording studio.
Dawn of Thyme is dedicated to the memory of Mae Cappetta (1923-2014)
Devoted Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Friend. Mae was an amazing home cook and has inspired us all to push forward and chase our dreams.
