Side Dish Paleo Recipe: Honey Ginger Glazed Root Vegetables

Glaze these root vegetables with a little honey-ginger and sauté over heat to intensify their natural flavors.
- Heat large pan
- Add 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Add cipollini onions
- Add chopped carrots
- Add chopped turnips
- Add chopped parsnips
- Season with sea salt and pepper
- Add fresh minced ginger
- Add 2 tbsp of Pure local honey
- Cook until tender, serve immediately
- Garnish with fresh scallions
