Glaze these root vegetables with a little honey-ginger and sauté over heat to intensify their natural flavors.

  • Heat large pan
  • Add 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Add cipollini onions
  • Add chopped carrots
  • Add chopped turnips
  • Add chopped parsnips
  • Season with sea salt and pepper
  • Add fresh minced ginger
  • Add 2 tbsp of Pure local honey
  • Cook until tender, serve immediately
  • Garnish with fresh scallions
